Early-Stage Company Services
Members of our team have considerable experience with early-stage companies. We have been entrepreneurs that have raised capital and achieved exits. We have also been angel investors and worked with venture capital funds. These experiences position us well for working with early-stage companies.
We recognize that engaging professional advisers is a challenge for early-stage companies (primarily due to the cost). We are part of the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Escalator Programme. This programme allows early-stage companies to get access to our services for no up-front cost. The only cost to early-stage companies is a success fee if capital is successfully raised for the company.
